Strategic Planning & Endorsements
Large Scale Strategic Planning
I have known and worked alongside Beth for the last three years. In those three years, we've taken on some significant challenges and I have come to truly admire and respect her leadership, vision and passion for this organization. She's a collaborative leader whose first instinct is to form teams with the right people, and then empower those teams to succeed. Her ability to translate strategic vision to actionable initiatives is impressive and I know both CDPS and my section have benefited greatly from her abilities. As important as her professional abilities are, her interpersonal skills are unparalleled and she's a true colleague in every sense of the word. I have truly enjoyed our partnership and collaborative endeavors over the past three years and give Beth my full endorsement and recommendation.

There is often talk now about how "soft skills" make an immense difference in people's ability to be successful. Beth fundamentally understands what these skills are and how to get individuals to see them in themselves and to begin using those skills to their benefit. Beth's influence has changed our department for the better and has increased the amount of interaction and collaboration between diverse workgroups. She uses Emergenetics to help people understand their strengths and to help groups learn to more effectively interact with those who have different thought processes and personalities in a very fun and positive way. Beth has also developed programs to improve department leadership and applies current theories into practices for group learning and improvement in an enjoyable and effective way.
